Re: First Flight 29 Nov 2013 23:23 #89

I had a sailplane instructor flying my trike to tow me. The first thing he did when he walked up was go back to his car and come back with a piece of yarn he taped to my pitot tube

Rick,
I only have about 4 hours in a 2-33 under instruction and what has been pounded into me is "fly the yaw string". If you don't have one taped on your canopy yet maybe you should. As they say if the string is straight you will not tip stall. Of course providing you aren't to slow. Just my 2 cents a student has learned to date. All the best.
