I haven’t seen the ATOS but generally in composite fabrication you would create two molds, a left and right half with both of them having the flange and one face. Then you would join them in the mold, either with a flat edge bonded with epoxy or by making one fit inside the other, you would have a large mating surface. Since epoxy doesn’t require tight fitting joints (it’s the wood butcher’s friend) it could be done without any inside pressure, though you could use plastic tubing, nicely waxed to provide internal pressure between the two mating walls.
